Update to the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Requirements for Offshore Oil and Gas Production Technologies

On August 26, 2016, the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement issued its final requirements for offshore oil and gas production technologies.  The requirements were last updated in 1988. They go into effect 60 days after publication on August 26, 2016.
