About The Current
The Current is the blog of the Loyola New Orleans Maritime Law Journal, where we post updates to keep our readers up to date about new decisions in maritime law, with a special focus on Supreme Court and 5th Circuit cases. We also post news about the Journal and its' members, including information about our biannual publication and awards received by students. Blog updates are written by members and candidates of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal, as well as by practitioners, judges, and academics.
