Writs Sought in Mcbride v. Estis Well Service Denied.

On Monday, February 18th, the Supreme Court of the United States announced that writs sought in McBride v. Estis Well Service were denied.  Thus, the decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit stands denying punitive damages for wrongful death and personal injury due to a breach of the warrany of seaworthiness.
