The Current serves as the blog of the Loyola New Orleans Maritime Law Journal, where we update our on the latest developments within maritime, environmental, international, and space law. As a counterpart to the Journal’s biannual publication, the Current offers readers monthly insights into the constantly evolving realm of maritime law.
